Coming out of the holiday season, Lincoln remains one of the stronger real estate markets in Placer County.
While areas such as Roseville, Rocklin and Granite Bay have seen a slight dip in the number of homes for sale and homes that are currently pending, Lincoln has seen a bump in both of those categories.
Specifically, Lincoln has 119 listings currently for sale, which is almost a 2 percent increase from last month. In addition, there are currently 45 homes that are pending close, a 12.5 percent increase from last month.
Lincoln is a great place to live with golf courses, walking and biking trails, Thunder Valley Casino, various wineries and a downtown area full of history.
