Golfland/Sunsplash in Roseville may soon be getting its tallest slide to date.

The new slide, titled “Rocketblast,” will be 251 feet long and stand 84 feet high. It includes three elevated saucer turns and ends in an elevated, fiberglass runout pool. The slide would be located at the north end of the park between the miniature golf course and existing slides, and be viewable along East Roseville Parkway.

In addition, the park may be in store for a 1,795-square-foot addition to the snack bar, which would expand the kitchen area and add more serving windows.

A Conditional Use Permit Modification and Design Review Permit Modification for the new slide is being reviewed by the Roseville Planning Commission on Dec. 13.

The 11.63-acre Golfland/Sunsplash park also includes a 36-hole miniature golf course, clubhouse with a pizza parlor, arcade, mini race car track, wave pool, “Lazy River” and multiple other water slides. In total, it features more than 30 rides/attractions.

There are plenty of family-friendly events and attractions around Placer County and Golfland/Sunsplash is one of them. It is great to see that it is expanding!
